I'm sticking with HP printers because I know that I can get driver updates for years. I know many people with orphaned peripherals - especially printers - that don't support the latest operating systems. If you're bothered by the outrageous cost of ink or toner, then go with remanufactured cartridges. Or just wait for a sale.
